Agreement

These terms govern your use of thealmeera.com and the Almeera service, operated by Gagan Labs. By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Almeera.

What Almeera is right now

Almeera is in development. This site currently offers a waitlist and nothing more. Joining it does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any specific feature. Features described on this site are our intent, not a commitment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Almeera.

Your content

The photographs you upload remain yours — you keep full ownership. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them for the sole purpose of operating the service for you: identifying garments and generating outfit recommendations. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not uploading anything unlawful or infringing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service. Do not use it to store or transmit unlawful material. Do not scrape or resell the service or its output.

Beta software

Almeera is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Outfit recommendations are suggestions generated by software; they are a matter of taste and may simply be wrong. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gagan Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Almeera. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using Almeera and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, or where we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
